Bellator just announced that they’re having a Light Heavyweight grand prix. And it’s gonna be awesome

Ryan Bader VS Loyota Machita     

     Holy shit, you mean to tell me this is how we’re kicking off the grand prix? Two former UFC fighters. Former Bellator Light Heavyweight champ Ryan Bader will take on a former UFC Light Heavyweight champ in Lyota Machida. Machida is 42 but still a beast in the cage, Bader has absolutely changed himself since coming over to Bellator and has developed into an absolute Killer since coming over. Bader at one point held the Light and Heavyweight straps at the same time. This should be a good one.




Corey Anderson VS Dovletdzhan Yagshimurado

    On the same night as the Bader vs Machida fight, we got Corey Anderson vs Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov. I’ve personally always been a big fan of Anderson even in the UFC, he might not be the flashiest guy but the guy gets wins. Yagshimuradov has a shit ton of hype behind him, he’s the former ACA Light Heavyweight Champ. Yagishmuradov is a finisher and Corey Anderson always said he wanted to fight the best, so let’s go.



Vadim Nemkov VS  Phil Davies 

We got a title fight! Undefeated Russian animal and Bellator Light Heavyweight champ will take on former Bellator Champ Phil Davies. Nemkov is undefeated and for good reason, no one really has shown any signs of stopping him. He took the belt from Bader with ease and already beat Davies. Davies has a tough task ahead of him but he’s a gamer and up for the challenge.  



Yoel Romero VS Anthony Johnson 

    Holyyyyy Shit! This is it, this is the one everyone in the MMA world wants and needs. Yoel Romero vs Anthony Johnson, literally two of the scariest and most powerful dudes to every step in the cage. Anthony Johnson has just been tearing through people for years(unless you’re Daniel Cormier) and Yoel Romero just murders almost everyone (see Roberth Whitaker and Israel Adesanya) who comes in front of him. I will honestly be shocked if this fight goes past round two. Someone is gonna get knocked out in this fight, it’s gonna be brutal and i for one am fuckin here for it.
