No, I won't put Lebron James on this list but I do hate the man almost as much as my ex wife. Although Lebron is a giant douche, this list is really the worst of the worst human beings. Not just on the field/court off of it too. Lebron may be a good guy off the court, I don't know and I don't care.....maybe if I do this list in 5 years again, Lebron will have a backyard filled with bodies. Okay enough about Lebron because I really need to tall about some of the worst and most vile pieces of shit to ever be associated with sports. Some of these people are just bad athletes, some of these people are bad people and some are just overall terrible human beings in general. Sports have been around for a long time, so I may miss some people but here it goes....let's take a look at the biggest pieces of shit to every be associated with the world of sports. Vontaze Burfict I'm starting off light, with a guy who was just a tremendous piece of shit on the field....for the most part. Burfict did have a misdemeanor battery charge back in 2020. Burfict has been suspended for a total of 22 games, which is 19% of his NFL career and he's lost an estimated 4.6 million dollars and he has an additional 9 other fines for 411,00 dollars, so in total he's lost over 5 million dollars during his career. There's a reason he's 31 and out of the NFL. The dude just couldn't stop himself from being a piece of shit. He's had over 12 incidents which have resulted in fines or suspensions. The biggest and most memorable one was the hit on Antonio Brown in the playoffs, not only did it cause the Bengals to eventually lose the game but in my opinion it's the reason Brown is the way he is today.... John Terry This fuckin guy, what a fucking piece of shit this guy was and probably still is. John Terry? Great footballer, legend even but he may be an even bigger legendary piece of shit. In 2010 it was found out that Terry was having an affair with the girlfriend of his teammate Wayne Bridge. He's made it clear before that he's cheated on his wife, whom he married in 2007.....several times. No, no, no.....we're not done here...because in 2011 in a game v's QPR, Rio Ferdinand stated that Terry called Rio a "black cunt". Terry ended up getting just a 4 match ban and was stripped of the England captaincy for a year after that.....in closing, John Terry? Not a great dude.... Jerry Sandusky I mean....cmon.....there is a special place in hell for this fucking guy. In 1977 Sandusky founded a charity called the second mile serving underprivileged youths in Pennsylvania. Sandusky used this charity to sexually abuse boys over a 15 year period from 1994-2009. "The testimony of one victim, who said he was forced to play with Sandusky's testicles and erect penis when he was 8 to 10 years old, particularly outraged investigators. 'The poor kid was too young to even understand what an erect penis means,' one said. That was just note from the investigators.....one. Coach Mike McQueary said in 2002 he walked in on Sandusky anally raping a 10 year old boy, McQueary brought it to the attention of then head coach Joe Paterno, Paterno basically did nothing. I'm done talking about this fuck.....I'll end on the fact that he was found guilty on 52 charges of sexual abuse. Larry Nassar This piece of shit might be a bigger piece of shit than the last piece of shit. Nassar was a former USA gymnastics doctor that sexually abused young girls for 18 years. You read that correctly, 18 fucking years this monster abused young girls from 6-14 years old. He's a real piece of shit and will burn in hell one day. Some of the testimony from these girls was heroic and tragic all at the same time. Kyle Stephens, one of the victims of Larry Nassar and a family friend of the Nassar's was abused several times, during her testimony she shared that her father had never believed her and even made her apologize to Nassar. The day came when Stephens father believed her and for the next years their relationship suffered, until the day Stephens father decided to take his own life. She stated that he couldn't deal with all of the years of not believing her. Another mother spoke on her daughter Chelsea, who took her own life after years of abuse from Nassar. These victim impact statements are very chilling....and the girls are very brave for coming forward. Then this piece of shit actually said it's causing him stress seeing this, can you believe the fucking balls on this guy? What an asshole. Chad Curtis We finally have a contender from the MLB and per usual, he played for the Yankees. Chad Curtis is a former Major League outfielder who played in the from 1992-2001 but I'm not here to talk about his subpar Major League career. In May 2012, after several female students accused him of "inappropriate touching," Curtis resigned from his positions at Lakewood Public Schools. Curtis had to stand trial on 5 counts of criminal sexual conduct. According to testimony, Curtis offered massages to some of the female athletes at the school, but not to any of the boys. Curtis was accused of molesting two 15-year-old girls in 2012 when he was a volunteer weight-room strength trainer at Lakewood High School in Lake Odessa, Michigan, and of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in 2011. In an hour long rant to the jury Curtis claimed all of his accusers were lying and claimed they made unwanted sexual advances. He gave the massages first in the school's weight room, then in a room next to the weight room, and ultimately in a windowless trainer's room. The prosecutor stated that Curtis's testimony was the most selfish she has ever heard and that it speaks volumes about his character. Lawrence Taylor LT was legit one of the most dominant defensive players in NFL history but....turns out he was kind of a shit bag. Sorry Giants fans, your best player is a "Giant" sack of shit. Taylor failed drug tests in 1982, 1987 and 1993 which inevitably made him retire from the NFL. In 2009 Taylor was arrested in Florida for leaving the scene of an accident, fucked up thing is he got arrested for the same fucking thing in 1996 when he totaled his Lexus in a one car accident and left the scene. Then we come to 2010 when Taylor was arrested for raping a 16 year old girl in a Holiday Inn, in Montebello, New York. He was also charged with patronizing a prostitute for paying the 16 year old $300 to have sex with her. OOF, then in 2016 Taylor was arrested for driving under the influence following a crash into a stopped police car. There is a reason when we were kids we used to chant "LT, SNIFF SNIFF". Rae Carruth Yes Giants fans, as a Panthers fan, we have some demons too. Rae Carruth is the biggest one. In 1999, Cherica Adams, a real estate agent that Carruth was dating was shot by a nightclub manager and associate of Carruth. Adams managed to call 911, and said that Carruth had stopped his vehicle in front of hers, and that another vehicle drove alongside and its passenger had shot her. Carruth then drove away from the scene. Adams was 8 months pregnant with Carruth's child, she was taken to the hospital and fell into a coma, the baby was delivered but suffered severe brain damage and cerebral palsy as a result of not having oxygen for 70 minutes. Adams eventually died from her injuries, Carruth quickly fled after Adams' death, but was captured on December 15 in West Tennessee, found hiding in the trunk of a car outside a motel in Parkers crossroads The trunk also contained $3,900 cash, bottles of his urine, extra clothes, candy bars, and a cell phone. The Panthers waived him on December 16,citing a morals clause in his contract, and the NFL suspended him indefinitely on December 17. Oscar Pistorius Pistorius was once an inspiration as a double amputee who competed in both the Olympics and Paralympics, turns out? He was a scumbag. On Valentines day 2014 Pistorius fatally shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in his Pretoria, South Africa home. He shot Steenkamp 4 times but claimed he thought it may be an intruder. September of 2014 he was found guilty of homicide and received a "maximum" 5 year sentence which was a fucking joke. He served 3 years and is now a free piece of shit.

After the departure of that curly headed fuck with all had the unfortunate displeasure of calling a captain, the Sabres now have to fill the void by finding the next leader of this team. I think this team is finally trending in the right direction for the first time since the dipshit Pegula's bought the franchise. We don't have any stars like he who shall not be named but we do have a bunch of young hungry guys itching to show the rest of the NHL that we aren't pushovers like we were with Ralph Krueger behind the bench. I think the most important thing with this team is, they want to be here, they want to be apart of the re-build, they want to be the guys who bring Buffalo back to the playoffs and most importantly, none of them think they are bigger than the franchise. I think we jumped the guy with curly headed fuck, he was too young to be captain, he's shown he was too immature, he's shown he only cares about one person and after his little media after he was traded, he's shown its the curly headed fuck show and no one else matters. I think we have the pieces, they're right there, shit just needs to fall into place for fucking once. There are a few names that jump to me for the "C" but in my opinion there are a couple dark horses to consider for this, so let's dive in and take a look at who should lead us.
Rasmus Dahlin: Dahlin is a easy one to look at, he's the future of this team and seems to like being here. He's played much better this year and seems like a real level headed kid. The question is, do we want to name another young player a captain? In no means do I think Dahlin will turn out with an attitude like curly headed fuck, but I just don't know if he is ready to lead an NHL franchise, that's not me saying it would be a bad choice to make him captain and I wouldn't even be mad if they did name him captain. All I'm saying is let's not get rash and just do it to do it. Kyle Okposo: Okposo is a vet, an amazing locker room guy, he's been there and done that. Okposo hasn't performed up to his contract and that's not be being a dick, I'm just stating facts. Is it Okposo's fault that Buffalo panicked that offseason and paid him 6 million sheets a year? No, does this mean because he's not a stud on the ice that he can't be captain? No. The thing is, next year is his last year under contract and to be honest i very highly doubt that we will re-sign him. If we do it sure as shit won't be for 6 million a year, Okposo is going to be 34 soon and on the back 9 of his career and I don't see him playing for much longer but still for some reason I wouldn't be mad at this one either. Tage Thompson: I've said it before and I'll keep beating a dead horse, I fucking love this kid. We've been waiting since he got traded to us from St. Louis to finally see what the former first round can do, turns out he just needed a real coach. Thompson is having a career year and he legit is doing everything right. He scores goals, plays defense, fights, gets into the dirty areas, I legit just love this fuckin kids game. He's at the perfect age to be a captain, at least an alternate captain. I think he loves being in Buffalo because we're the team that finally gave him a chance, a chance that he never really seemed to get in St. Louis. I think he's the future of the tea and he's gonna stick around for a long while, so I love this move if it were to happen. Dylan Cozens: Another kid, I absolutely love. When I interviewed Rob Ray for a podcast I think he said it perfectly, Ray said "he's just a hockey guy". That's the truest statement I've heard when describing Cozens, he's got the new school skill mixed in with the old school, hard nosed mentality. Cozens is just 21 years old and like I said with Dahlin, it may not be time....yet for Cozens to be the full blown captain. The thing with Cozens is, he's a team guy, team first and you've seen that last season when he would beat the shit out of someone while he was sticking up for one of his teammates. I fully believe Dylan Cozens will be the captain of the Sabres but will it be now? Alex Tuch: Alex Tuch has been absolutely amazing since he came over from Vegas, 21 points(7G 14A) IN 20 game since joining Buffalo. Tuch grew up a lifelong Sabres fan and said it was a dream come true when he got to put on the blue and gold. He has real "dad energy" when he's on the ice and by that I mean he seems happier when his teammate scores then when he scores, just the genuine smile on his face when he celebrates a teammates goal is real. Tuch just got here but he would be an incredible choice to lead this team and finally make the playoffs. Predcitions: CAPTAIN- Alex Tuch ALTERNATE: Rasmus Dahlin Alternate: Kyle Okposo I know I explained reasons for all these guys to be the captain but in all actuality I think Alex Tuch is the only choice, he's got playoff experience, he loves this organization and I think he would be an incredible captain on and off the ice. I think Okposo will get the "A" but after next year I think it will be Dylan Cozens wear the "A" along with Rasmus Dahlin. Let's be honest, did we really want this douche as the Captain? It's officially the offseason and let's be honest every team needs something. You're gonna see a few new QB's on a few new teams and a lot of other changers goin on around the league. So let's get right into and see what we at the tailgate think what each team needs this offseason, starting with the NFC and AFC east..... AFC EAST Buffalo Bills: Defensive line and offensive line The Bills are actually one of the lucky teams, where they don't have many holes to fill on this team. If this was at the beginning of the season I would have said wideout but with the emergence of Gabriel Davis, he and Stefon Diggs will be a solid 1-2 punch. The offensive line gelled towards the end of the season but My could use someone up front to maybe not get Josh Allen murdered. I'm thinking more d-line for Buffalo, Ed Oliver has played well when healthy but Vernon Butler and Harrison Philips are set to become free agents so the Bills could look to get a defensive tackle late in the first round. New York Jets: Wide Receiver I could have went the obvious route here and said offensive line, mainly because Zack Wilson did almost get murdered this season. Wilson needs some weapons, their offense is an absolute joke. I literally had to look up their roster to find out who their wide receivers even are. To be honest I'm still not sure. Braxton Barrios is a free agent and Jameson Crowder. I think they'll take Evan Neal from Alabama if he is still there when they pick at 4 but this draft is deep with wideouts and they can find a gem in rounds 2 or 3. Miami Dolphins: offensive line I think Tua has made strides to be a better QB, he isn't there yet but with Mike McDaniel now working with him you might see him take that extra step. They could use another wide receiver to compliment Jaylen Waddle but I think they really do need to revamp this offensive line because it is pretty horrendous. Tua had no pocket last year and playing against defenses like Buffalo and New England 4 times a year that could spell trouble in Miami. New England Patriots: Wide Receiver Mac Jones was perhaps a shock to a lot of people this year but now they have to give him some weapons. Jones is an accurate guy and will just keep getting better but he's not Tom Brady so he can't make chicken salad out of chicken shit like Brady did for so many years. This is far fetched(mainly because I think these guys are going to re-sign with their teams) but if I'm New England I just take a fuck ton of money and throw it at Davante Adams, Chris Godwin or Mike Williams. If that fails? Allen Robinson from Chicago is a real good option because there isn't a chance in hell that he re-signs back in Chicago. NFC EAST New York Giants: offensive line This isn't even a fucking question, the Giants have been "fixing" their offensive line for about a decade now and it's been terrible. Their big move was to sign Nate Solder from New England, a 33 year old vet on the back 9 of his career. Their last 3 first round picks that were offensive lineman were, Justin Pugh, Ereck Flowers and Andrew Thomas. Pugh was average at best, Flowers was atrocious and the jury is still out on Thomas, so for fucks sake draft a lineman. If Neal is there when they pick and they don't draft him? I would give up on this team if I was a Giants fan. Washington Commanders: Quarterback and a new Owner Another obvious one in my opinion here. I love Taylor Heinicke, dudes an absolute gamer but I just don't think he's the guy to lead this team back to the playoffs. Washington is picking at #11 in the draft, look for them to take a serious look at Kenny Pickett from Pitt or Matt Corral from Ole Miss to fill their QB void. Also Dan Snyder is a shit head and needs to sell the team. Dallas Cowboys: Edge Rusher Odds are the Cowboys won't have DeMarcus Lawrence and Randy Gregory, Lawrence may be let go for money reasons and Randy Gregory is a free agent so he may land somewhere else. Who knows though they could both be back I'm not Adam Schefter. They could get someone in the draft or get someone via free agency. There are some names out there but they may come at a price, names like Chandler Jones, Dante Fowler or even Mario Addison could be a good pick up for Dallas but it's more likely they could pick someone in the draft. I'm a huge fan of George Karlaftis from Purdue and if he falls to #24 that would be an absolute steal for Dallas. Philadelphia Eagles: Wide Receiver and Defensive Back I don't know who the fuck they have at wide receiver or defensive back to be honest with you, do they still have Asante Sameuel? I think his kid is actually in the NFL now. I think Jalen Hurts isn't a bad QB I just think he has no weapons around him. I just remembered they have DeVonta Smith at wideout while writing this blog, so he's pretty good....maybe get him another wide receiver? I don't think Jalen Reagor is the guy. But their secondary is horrendous and I love Ahmad Gardner from Cincinnati in the draft, big body guy, great in man to man coverage, that would be a big get for Philly. I love, when I say love....I mean LOVE seeing how embarrassing the University of Michigan becomes, pretty much daily. Now we can add Juwan Howard to the list of embarrassment that has surrounded this once "prestigious" institution. First off, I would love to put the blame all on Juwan Howard because he's a Michigan guy which in turn means he's a dipshit but I cannot. If Greg Gard just shook Howard's hand and walked away, odds are it wouldn't have turned out like this but that's not what happened. Howard was pissed about a timeout Gard called earlier in the game, seems like a super reasonable reason to get mad, I guess. Howard, clearly pissy shook Gard's hand and Gard grabbed Howard and seemed to be explaining to him what the deal was, Howard was having none of it. Players and coaches tried to break the two up but it didn't work and a mele broke out between both schools. In came former Badger player, now assistant Wisconsin coach Joe Krabbenhoft, this fuckin guy got right into the middle of it and Howard open palm slapped this little turd in the head, leading to Howard's suspension. Under most circumstances I would say "man that little shit got it in the face!" but it's Michigan so I feel the basketball program should be disbanded and they should never be allowed to play in Division I in any sport, ever again. That may be harsh but I feel the punishment fits the crime. Now you may be saying "Wait that's just one example, that's it?" Oh no, I'll feed you baby birds....
Jim Harbough, not any incident, just him in general. This dude is treated like a fucking god by all Michigan fans all over the country but what the fuck has he done for Michigan? He's been there 7 years, he's 1-5 against Ohio State, 1-5 in bowl games, he's won just one Big Ten title, he's only appeared in just one Big Ten title game and seemingly 90% of every big game they play in? They lose. He hasn't been able to coach anything resembling a decent QB in 7 years and he's an absolute tool bag. Then there's rumors every season about him going back to the NFL yet Michigan still keeps extending his contract, he know has a contract until 2078. Fuck Jim Harbaugh. Bo Schembechler, the Michigan man, such a great man, a great leader, a great coach, an absolute dirtbag? Seems that way. Let's talk about Dr Robert Anderson, a former University of Michigan doctor, who turns out is not a very good dude. In the last year thousands of people have come out and accused the former doctor of sexually abusing them, claiming they have spoken up before but the accusations have been ignored for over 4 decades. Former player of coach Schembechler says that he was abused by Dr Anders and that "Coach Bo" knew that his players were being abused and Bo did nothing. To top it all off, Schembechler's adopted son Matt said that he was sexually abused by Dr Anderson and Bo then hit him in the stomach and said not to talk about it. The wife if Schembechler allegedly brought it to the attention of the athletic director at the time and he had planned to fire Dr Anderson, until good guy Bo put a stop to it. Yet another gross act by a classic "Michigan man". All in All? I think the University of Michigan should be shut down forever and never be allowed open to the public again, maybe turn it into a maximum security prison? That only seems fitting at this point.... It's been over 4 years since the New York Rangers have had a captain. I mean hell, they've traded their last two captains....to the same team. Who the fuck knows though, maybe they don't need a captain because right now they're one of the best teams in the NHL. But I mean c'mon.....for Christ sake they named 6 alternate captains.....yeah.....6. Artemi Panarin was named one of the six alternate captains, he's already came out and said he doesn't want to be the captain so he's out. Barclay Goodrow, who came over in a trade from Tampa was named another alternate captain but the guy has been there less than a year, so he's out. Now we're down to the final 4......let's take a look...
Option #1 Chris Kreider Kreider has been on a completely different level this year. Kreider has 47 points (33G 14A) in 48 games and is one of the NHL's top goal scorers. This is Kreider's 11th year with the Rangers and he just seems to keep getting better and on ice he looks like he's really embraced a leadership role for the original 6 franchise. Option #2 Mika Zibanejed Mika, Mika Mika, I'm not sure why but I've always been a big Mika guy and have always said when he's on? He's a top 10 player in the NHL. He's another guy who seems to have really embraced the leadership role on the ice for the Rangers. Zibanejed came to the Rangers in the 16-17 season after they absolutely fleeced the Senators by sending Derek Brassard and a 7th round pick in exchange for at the the time, the 23 year old Swede. Mika woukd be a phenomenal choice for the C. Option #3 Jacob Trouba No, I don't know....I just don't see it....so....No Option 4 Ryan Strome Strome is 28 and been with the Blueshirts for 4 years not and it's easily been his best run in the NHL. I like Ryan Strome a lot and it is great to see his career trending upwards after every wrote him off there for awhile. He's a hell of a player with a lot of grit, which is something you look for in a leader and he's a guy who doesn't mind standing up for his teammates. PREDCTION FOR CAPTAIN: Chris Kreider I'm not a Kreider guy, never have been. He's paid his dues, he's one of the only guys still left from the teams of the past. It's his time to wear the C for the blue shirts Marcus Freeman is assembling an army of a coaching staff while having the #1 recruiting class....2/16/2022 Yeah, we've seen coach Freeman have one game, yeah that game ended terribly, yeah somethings need to be fixed but I love the direction of this fucking team right now. The coaching staff he is assembling is nothing short of phenomenal, bringing back strength and conditioning coach Matt Balis and offensive coordinator Tommy Rees was an incredible start, it keeps familiarity with the players they have now but not to mention both are absolute studs at their respective jobs. After that, Freeman went to work revamping the staff. Bringing back offensive line coach Harry Hiestand was an enormous pull, Hiestand has coached and recruited guys like Quenton Nelson, Mike McGlinchey and Zack Martin, all of whom were all-americans and all-pros in the NFL. He added Chansi Stuckey as wide receivers coach from Baylor, Baylor who churns out wideouts like its their fucking job. Added Deland MCullugh from the Kansas City Chiefs to serve as running backs coach, then brought in Al Washington from Ohio State to be the new d-line coach and pulled in his best James Laurinaitis to be an advisor just because he's a good fucking guy. The biggest pull for me though is Al Golden, Cincinnati Bengals assistant d-coordinator, form Temple and Miami head coach to be the new defensive coordinator. The energy this coaching staff brings is unmatched and I cannot fucking wait to see the product they put on the field.
Not only has Coach Freeman assembled an unreal staff, but he's been recruiting his balls off, having the #1 recruiting class as it stands right now for the 2023 class. Right now ND has 9 commitments, with 2 being 5 star prospects and the other 7 being 4 stars. Keon Keeley being the big stud as of right now committing to coach Freeman and the Irish, Keeley is a edge pass rusher out of Tampa and is the #16 ranked player overall by Rivals.com. Keeley is an absolute freak athlete with a elite speed for a guy his size and should be an absolute terror for QB's on the Irish schedule. Drayk Brown is another blue chipper out of Adrean High School in Indiana. Brown can do it all whether its drop into coverage to cover the backs or tight ends or shut down an athletic QB. This kid could really be a Butkus Award winner for the Irish down the road. This is just the tip of the iceberg for recruiting as far as coach Freeman and his staff goes. So buckle the fuck up Irish fans we're in for a ride! Ok, it's February 15th, 2022.....The Buffalo Sabres are 16-24-8 and to be honest? I'm not even close to being mad about this season. We've played 6 different goalies, we've had stretches where 6 or more players and coaches were put in COVID protocol but this team has been fun to watch in all seriousness. Something about this team is scrappy, It's not like it was under Ralph Krueger when they just folded and gave up, under Donnie Meatballs this team doesn't give up and the fact that we've had goalies that shouldn't even be in the NHL picking up wins is a testament for how good Granato is behind the bench. Some players have for sure stood out from the rest of the team this year so let's take a look
TEAM MVP: Tage Thompson This may be a weird pick for a lot of people out there but Tage Thompson has been outstanding this year, turns out all he needed was the right coach. Thompson has 33 points(15G 18A) in 43 games, I know those numbers aren't jaw dropping but for all the shit he's been through and all the coaches changes he's been through since being in Buffalo he's more than deserving of this award. Thompson is a big dude who has done it all this year but I think what sets this season apart from the other is how physical he's been. The kid isn't afraid to throw the body around or fight when he needs to. Defensman of the year: Rasmus Dahlin This should come as no shock at all, Dahlin is having a tremendous year and even made his first all-star game appearance. The young swede signed a 3 year extension with Buffalo in the off-season and has played up to the contract thus far. With 30 points(8G 22A) in 46 games this year you can't complain about him so far this season, yeah he makes the occasional defensive blunder but that will happen for an offensive d-man like Dahlin. The thing with him is, Granato is letting him play his game and isn't making him be that stay at home defenseman like Krueger was trying to do. Rookie of the year: Craig Anderson Craig Anderson isn't going to win a Vezina trophy any time soon but the 40 year old has really stood on his head in net. Anderson is 6-3 with a 2.67GAA. We didn't bring Anderson to be the future goalie and that's pretty obvious but imagine if he didn't get hurt for all those months, what kind of position would Buffalo be in if we didn't have to start fucking Aaron Dell and Dustin Tokarski for months? In my opinion Anderson has far exceeded expectations. Rookie of the Year: Peyton Krebs Yeah, Krebs hasn't lit the world on fire but you can see promise in this kid. Krebs has just 8 points (3G 5A) but he comes to play night in and night out, he has no problem getting dirty in the corners or in front of the net. Krebs came over when we traded that piece of shit Eichel to Vegas and he's going be to the corner stone of finally ending this effing rebuild. Newcomer of the Year: Alex Tuch No surprise here whatsoever. Tuch has been on an absolute teasr since coming back from injury and joining the Sabres. Tuch has 19 points (7G 12A) in just 16 game and the line of Tuch, Skinner and Thompson may be one of the best five lines lately in the entire league. The best part of all? Tuch wants to be here, he loves Buffalo and has been a lifelong Sabres fan. He isn't a cancer to the locker room and honestly may be the next captain of this team. Comeback Player of the Year: Jeff Skinner We all know since his first season wit Buffalo when he scored 40 goals, Jeff Skinner has been less than spectacular. Personally for me it was coaching, I can't state enough how far back Ralph Krueger set this team back and Skinner was one of the casualties of the Krueger era. This year in 46 games Skinner has 20 goals and 14 assists and leads the team in scoring. Skinner is coming off a huge 4 goal, 5 point performance against Montreal and like I stated before.....Skinner, Tuch and Thompson have been so fucking good lately, much in part to do with Don Granato's philosophy. Granato is letting guys play their game and it's showing on the ice, especially with skinner Now, let me start this with I hate Brad Marchand, always hated Brad Marchand and that will never change no matter what he does but.....for this to be a 6 game sussy? I don't know man, I think the NHL got this one wrong.....again. The NHL released a statement saying he got 6 games because he was a repeat offender. Are we honest to god doing this? It can't be real. A repeat offender? Yes, 200% Marchand is a scumbag, a piece of shit and a rat. Honestly, yeah....he is a repeat offender but when the fuck was the last time he got suspended? PK Subban has literally spent the year going into the corner and slewfooting people, literally about 4-5 times this year its happened and he barely got touched by the league. Are going to talk about Tom Wilson? All the bullshit that fucking guy pulls? Doesn't get touched, the whole bullshit he pulled against the Rangers last year and nothing happened to him, legit nothing, no suspension, fucking I honestly don't even know if the fucking guy had a hearing with the league. Tom Wilson is treated like a superstar and runs roughshod over the league and they do nothing about it. Yes, I'm not sitting here and saying Marchand is an angel, in fact he's far far from it. Marchand has been known for years, for his slewfoots, his knee to knee hits and a slew of other bullshit. But I feel for the most part he's been pretty good(for the most part). Now on Tuesday night there was a scrum in front of the Penguins net, Jarry covered up the puck after playing phenomenal all night. Out of nowhere Marchand throws a right to the helmet of Jarry, Jarry for sure oversold it a bit buttttt Marchand did it none the less. It seemed like a pure frustration move by Marchand it was uncalled for most definitely but I would say maybe a 2-3 game suspension would have been appropriate. In my opinion 6 games is too much and it seems like the league is just trying to make an example out of Marchand. The fact it was a goalie he punched sure as fuck didn't help the matter at all. I just don't think the league got it right this time but then again when the fuck do they? There literally is no precedent set for suspensions in the NHL and it kind of just seems like they suspend people for however many games they feel like. The league needs to figure out the length of suspensions so they at least make fucking sense at the end of the day. The video of the incident is down below, you be the judge. With the NFL season coming to a close this weekend, one of my favorite times of the year is approaching and that's draft season. Some positions this year are deep and loaded with prospects, others are not. I personally don't think any of the QB's in this years class are worth a first round draft pick, but in the NFL now-a-days everyone needs a QB which in turn means you're almost certainly going to see at least a few teams make a reach for a QB. From what I can tell unless there is a trade for the #1 pick, there are only 2 choices Jacksonville is going to choose from for the first pick. There for sure are some absolute fucking freak athletes in this draft, so let's take a look at who I think are the top 10 prospects for the 2022 NFL draft. 1) Kayvon Thibodeaux, JR DE, Oregon Thibodeuax, is an athletic freak coming off the edge, he's explosive and very long. Kayvon was injured for the first few games of the, still had a pretty solid year with 49 tackles and 7 sacks. I said before Jacksonville in my opinion is thinking of two choices at the #1 spot and Thibodeaux is the first one 2) Kyle Hamilton, SR S, Notre Dame Yeah, yeah, yeah....I know. This is gonna be considered a homer pick but I really don't give a shit. Kyle Hamilton is 6'4 220lbs and a modern day hybrid defender. Hamilton missed the last 5 games with a small knee injury and still ended with 3 picks....that came in the first 2 games. Look for the Texans at 3 or the Jets at 4 for Hamilton to land 3) Aidan Huthinson, DE SR, Michigan Hutchinson is a physical specimen and he's the other guy I had pin pointed that the Jaguars are looking at in the 1 slot. Hutchinson is just a football guy, he loves the game and has a motor that doesn't stop. The Heisman Trophy finalist had 14 sacks in a big senior year. I guess my only reservation is are we going to get the guy who played the way he did all year? Or the guy who got manhandled my Georgia? Hopefully the guy against Georgia because I hate Michigan. 4) Evan Neal, JR OT, Alabama Evan Neal is a 6'7 351lb junior o-lineman from Alabama, I don't even know if I need to say more but I will. As big as he is Neal has the feet of a running back and the quickness of a slot wideout(footwork wise). He truly is a man amongst boys. If somehow he's there at 5 the Giants need to pick him and fix their problems on the line 5) Derek Stingley JR, CB, LSU Stingley is just another in a long long line of unreal LSU corners. Stingley has speed and great cover skills. He's only allowed a 41% completion rate against him. Tough to say where he'll land, I can really see any spot from 2-10 for him. 6) George Karlaftis, DE JR, PURDUE After seeing this kid against Notre Dame I was completely sold on him. He created nothing but havoc against an albeit inexperienced ND o-line but I don't care, I saw all I needed to see. At 6'4 275lbs he could be an absolute beast on Sunday's for sure. 7) Charles Cross, Soph OL, Miss State Cross even though being 6'5 and 310lbs is super lean and super agile. The All-American is for sure in my opinion the second best o-lineman in the country in a conference that breeds offensive lineman. Look for him to easily top 10 but the NFL is weird so he could fall and be a steal for some team outside of the top 10. 8) Garrett Wilson. WR JR, Ohio State This might be a strange pick here for the top 10. Wideouts are a dime a dozen and you can find a gem anywhere, but I just think Wilson is an unreal talent with other worldly speed. He's for sure a game changing threat and always a threat for the big play. I'm not even sure he'll go in the top 10 but he's a can't miss in my mind 9) Tyler Linderbaum, OL Jr, Iowa This is just what Iowa does man, big old country lineman. The mid-west just breeds lineman it's something in the water, I dunno man but this kid is a stud. Maybe a little undersized at 6'3 and 290lbs but he's got time to bulk up for sure. He'll go in the top 10 because everyone needs an offensive lineman. 10) Ahmad Gardner, CB Jr, Cincinnati Gardner standing at 6'1 is big and lanky for a cornerback. He shut down ND's offense for Cincy's biggest win of the year. He's a great cover corner especially in man to man coverage. He only just 96 passing yards against him the entire season. Others to look out for: Devin Lloyd, LB Utah
Ikem Ekwonu, T, NC STATE Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington Kenny Pickett, QB, Pickett Sam Howell, QB, North Carolina Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama Kenyon Green, G, Texas A&M Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know a lot of people didn't like Tom Brady and I get it to a certain extent. Hell, for the entire AFC East, he made their life absolute hell for 20 years. Can you imagine going into a game twice a year with an 89% chance of know you're going to lose those games? That must have been an absolute living hell for the teams in the East. I mean except for the Jets because they're pretty much irrelevant. Hate him or love him, Tom Brady is the greatest to ever do it and I think at this point it isn't even up for a fucking discussion. The dude did it until he was 44 years old and it's not like he tailed off at any point, he was elite year in and year out. Despite the fact he is Michigan trash, I loved me some Tom Brady. It really was one of those things you're going to tell your grandkids about and you're going to tell them that you watched the great quarterback and maybe even the greatest football player of all-time play.
Tom Brady's stats are literally video game numbers, I don't care how you felt about him, you cannot deny the facts of how awesome he was. As that nerdy douchebag Ben Shapiro always says "Facts over feelings, I do hate that dweeb but that quote works here. Brady has appeared in 10 Super bowls, no NFL team has played in more than 8. He won 7 Super Bowls, the Patriots have the most Super Bowl wins as a team with 6. Speaking of his 10 Super Bowl appearances, John Elway has the second most appearances.....at 5. Fucking 5 Brady has twice as many Super Bowl appearances then the 2nd place guy on this list. For fucks sake he won more Super Bowls(6) than any QB has ever played in! Brady has 33 playoff wins....only the Patriots, Packers, Steelers and Cowboys have more. That means Tom Brady alone has more playoff wins that 80% of the teams in the NFL. He holds the Bucs record for most postseason Touchdown passes with 7, he played for them for two fucking years! He's played in 18% of all Super Bowls ever and his the only QB to win a Super Bowl after turning 40, he won 3 after he turned 40. The guy has thrown for over 3,000 yards in Super Bowls alone. He has a touchdown to interception rate of 3/1, he's thrown for over 85,000 career yards, I mean for fucks sake this blog could go on and on. The point of this was that even if you're a Bills fan who's life has been ruined constantly because of Tom Brady you just cannot deny his body of work. I should hate Brady because he played for the University of MichiSCUM but he's just so god damn good I can't hate the guy. Like I said before, this guys career is something we will probably never witness again. So I salute you Tom Brady have a a great retirement with your smoke show wife, kissing your kids on the lips, not eating strawberries and whatever other weird shit you do, live it up GOAT.....you are a legend |
