Jake Paul finally got his next opponent......former UFC Welterweight champ "The Chosen One" Tyron Woodley. OHHHHHH MAN! Jake Paul ain't facing a NBA player or a wrestler anymore. T-Wood can throw some absolute fucking bombs, yes if you're an MMA fan you can say Woodley hasn't won a fight since 2018 but.....he was fighting actual fighters, actually he was fighting the best fighters in his division during that stretch. Woodley is 39 and has been boxing his entire life, the dude is no joke. Now if Paul can get past Woodley, I won't consider him a real boxer yet....but I will take him much more seriously. I'm sorry but I cannot stand the Paul brothers, you can say whatever you want to me about them but they are just shit. They are shit human beings and just all around sacks of shit, the entire MMA community and fighting community will no doubt be pulling for Woodley in this fight hoping he can finally shut this mother fucker up. Tyron Woodley has a record of 19-7-1 in MMA and has 7 wins by knockout, most of them are absolutely devastating KO's too. Woodley won the welterweight title from Robbie Lawler with a vicious knockout then went on to defend it successfully 4 times. Until losing to the current champ Kamaru Usman who literally could be the greatest Welterweight the UFC has ever seen. So let's hope Woodley can knock this chode into the shadow realm and end this fuckin sideshow known as the "Paul Brothers"

I genuinely have no words for what I just watched(I'll put the video below). So two members of the Tampa Bay Lightning arena staff were on video asking a father and son to leave because they were wearing a Florida Panthers jersey. The father explained it's his sons team and they just wanted to watch the game, like.....what the fuck is this pussy shit? You guys are that soft that you don't want other teams fans in the Arena to root for their team? The one employee was pretty chill about the incident.....the girl? Kinda cunty about it. Then they say it is the arena playoff policy? Jesus Christ. This fucking league was supposed to be the big bad tough league, now we got people being kicked out of games because they're cheering for another team?? Get the fuck outttttttta here. I'll be damned if I pay over $300 for tickets then some chodes come up to me and tell e I can't stay because I'm cheering for the other team. This is some real soft pussy ass shit, even Lebron James (who is recognized as the biggest pussy in the world, look it up its true) would think this was soft. Just be better NHL and Tampa Bay. I genuinely hope Toronto claps them in the next round and I effin hate Toronto. I can't with this fucking guy anymore, I just fucking can't. Game 1....Suns vs Lakers.....Lebron misses a free throw....he gets boxed out by a guy whos about 9 inches shorter then him and has one of the greatest flops of all time, a fight ensued afterwards starting with Alex Caruso and Cameron Payne. This fuckin guy Lebron acted like Chris Kyle shot him with an sniper rifle. The thing that pisses me off so bad about this dude is he's so fucking good and he doesn't have to do this shit yet he does it ALLLLLLLLL the time. It's so fucking embarrassing, Lebron just sucks. He's given us cringey moment after cringey moment in the past years I'm not even sure where the fuck to start. Let's talk about the time he was carrying around the Malcom X biography and when asked about it, it couldn't be more clear that this fucking guy didn't read one page of the book. Then there was his strange obsession with wine there for a bit. Oh Christ let us not forget about he and his families lame ass "Taco Tuesday" posts on instagram every fucking week. Or we have the more recent Lebron "gems", such as "I'll never be 100% again but I think I can still help the team" No shit Lebron you're still the best player in the league, god shut the fuck up. Then when he hit that insane 3 against the Warriors recently, if he were to just shut the fuck up after the game we'd all be talking about what a shot it was.....but nopppppe. Instead Lebron came out and said "I was seeing three rims" after he got poked in the eye by Draymond during the game. This guy is 6 foot 9 and 250lbs and couldn't be any softer. This isn't new with Lebron, he used to flop all the time with Cleveland(the first time) when they had those legendary playoff battles with Chicago. This guy is just so fucking lame I just cannot root for him, ever. If you think this fucking guy is better than Jordan who need to go see your doctor immediately because he is fucking not. It was 1996, WWF as it was called at the time was holding a house show at the world's most famous arena. The main event of the night was a steel cage match starring Shawn Michaels v's Big Daddy Cool Diesel. The match ended and that's when the "chaos" ensued so to speak. Immediately after the match Scott Hall aka Razor Ramon to hug Michaels. Not to crazy yet due to the fact Michaels and Ramon were both faces, but top dogs at the time in the company. But then Triple H entered the ring, a heel at the time to hug Ramon. Now this is where at the times fans were completely confused at what was going on, two heels and two faces hugging and celebrating in the middle of the ring? This never happened before, at this point in wrestling kayfabe was so alive for the most part heels and faces weren't even seen together outside of the ring. Now a little back story here, Hall and Nash were leaving the WWF to join competitors WCW, feeling at the the time the WWF has hit its limit on what they could do and taking a HUGE stack of money to go wrestle in WCW. This was basically seen as a goodbye party for what was known as "The Kliq" as this was supposed to be the last time all four best friends will be in the WWF together. Now this set off many of the old time wrestlers backstage, considering a slap in the face to the business, killing "kayfabe" so to speak. The Kliq for the most part was already hated by most of the talent in the locker room, they were known to have a lot of pull on bookings and to almost be untouchable by any of the other wrestlers in the WWF and almost seemed to have the final call on everything. It's rumored that WWF CEO Vince McMahon gave an "ok" for a farewell type ceremony but became very angered at how elaborate this became.
There was a ton of blow back from this incident but unfortunately for one man, it came down on him and him alone......and that was Triple H. Now Kevin Nash and Scott Hall were leaving to go to WCW....so they couldn't be punished. Shawn Michaels was the WWF champ, top guy in the company and #1 superstar.....so he couldn't be punished. So for almost seven months Triple H was buried, he faced and lost to lesser talent and even got his King of The Ring win cancelled....but that was fine because it gave us the birth of Austin 3:16. Triple H would obviously rebound, winning the IC title almost a year after the incident. Also the way Triple H handled the "punishment" earned him a ton of respect backstage with a lot of the veteran talent in the locker room. The Undertaker once stated that by accepting the punishment Triple H earned massive respect with everyone backstage. But the punishment was short lived and Triple H became a 14 time world champion and did end up winning the 1997 king of the ring. By breaking "Kayfabe" this was the first time a major wrestling promotion had to admit that wrestling was scripted. In the long run this didn't hurt the WWF for long, McMahon being the genius he is used the fact that it was now know that it was scripted to use this fact in so many story lines in many years down the line. If you wanna look at this in a positive light? The cancelling of Triple H winning the 1996 King of The Ring led to the birth of Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin became one of if not the biggest WWF superstars in history, this basically sent Stone Cold on a super rocket which in turned helped the WWF crush WCW in the Monday Night wars, thus putting WCW out of business. But I mean c'mon, overall looking back on this.....this shit was kinda fucking sick. It legit changed wrestling and in my opinion change wrestling for the better. I mean shit if Austin 3:16 was the only thing we got out of it? That's a win all in itself. Can you imagine? You just wake up and think..."yeah I'm gonna do some dirtbag shit today. Then you go on with your day and find a nice ass truck and you plan to break in and rob that truck. Then up comes a 6'3 265lb UFC Heavyweight, who just so happens to hold the record for most knockouts in the heavyweight division. Lewis made an instagram post that is now deleted saying "He'll handle it before the cops show up. Sure as shit Lewis took care of it. Turns out "The Black Beast" hit the thief with a one two punch and knocked him out cold and waited for the cops to come. Shit man just a bad day to be a thief in Houston, like I said just a normal dirtbag day doing dirtbag shit then Derrick fuckin Lewis turns out to be the owner of this truck and is possibly walking over to murder you. If you don't know about Derrick Lewis this dude is a god damn legend, he is easily one of the most viral UFC stars in the sport. Whether it be his hilarious interviews or his absolutely devastating KO's he's literally just the best. Go follow him on instagram @thebeastufc. You 30000% wont regret it's easily one of the funniest accounts to follow and I don't even mean in the UFC, I mean in general. Moral of the story is don't be a scumbag and try to break into peoples cars kids.....because you never know if the owner is a 6'3 monster who literally beats people up for a living.
2021 has been such a year, I mean we saw the worst of a nation storm the capitol. A pandemic sidelining fun for normal humans. Amazon Change its logo to the Hitler moustache, and Bill and Melinda Gates admitting true love is not real. I mean who would have thought a billionaire would get divorced like that. But in the hockey world 2021 has been quite normal. Buffalo sucks, Pittsburgh is good, and Connor McDavid is on God Mode. The only difference is that Taylor Hall now plays for Boston after a quick stint in Buffalo to see if Robin Lehner actually wanted to kill himself. Plot Twist, Lehner was right Buffalo is a nightmare. I have no doubt that if this were an 82-game season the league would be in the exact same situation they are in now. Maybe a seeding change or two but noting much. I wanted to break down and predict some of these series. I mean there isn’t much to say for Toronto vs Montreal here, or St. louis Vs Colorado even though Ryan O’Rilley somehow thinks that the Blues have a change that, fucking moron. Either was some key matchups I want to breakdown starting with.. Boston Vs Washington The 2-3 seeds meeting up in what seems to be on paper the best series to watch. I fully believe there will be fireworks. Chara’s first year outside of Boston and he meets them in playoffs, I mean what are the chances in any other year. But Washington has some downsides going into playoffs and Boston has some Momentum carrying them into this first round. Tom Wilson to me is the deciding factor. He has decided along with George Parros that he has accepted the Bounty on his head by every other player in the NHL. If Wilson does what he usually does the one team that can and will do something and zero problem doing it is Boston. Honestly maybe this is a slice of humble pie from the hockey gods to Wilson. But other than that Washington’s unproven goaltending to me is the deciding factor and Boston I believe will win this series 4-2. Edmonton vs Winnipeg Holy shit I feel so bad for the Jets. Having to play McDavid who scored 104 points in 56 games this season and second in the league happens to be Leon Draisaitl with 83 in 56 games. I just wanted to point that out that the Jets are fucked. But hey maybe Paul Maurice can take a nice comfy job as the Rangers Head Coach once the Oilers finish with the Jets. Panthers Vs Lightning The reigning Stanley Cup champs. I don’t want to say they are done here, but they are limping into playoffs. With Headman being hurt and Kucherov having his first game since the Finals last year be in playoffs along with Stamkos only playing rough 2/3’s the season and being a health scare every game now. I don’t see this fairing well for them. The Panthers on the other hand are having career seasons by several of their players. Huberdeau with 61 points, Barkov with 58 and Sam Bennett having 6 goals and 9 assists for 15 points in 10 games since being traded by the flames at the deadline. Florida is soaring into these playoffs while Tampa is having a hard time keeping stars healthy. However I say these things and I fully predict that this series will go the distance because I mean its Tampa. Their AHL squad is better than half the NHL. I don’t see them getting past this panthers team. 4-3 FLA. Vegas vs Minnesota Finally, I’m going to wrap ups this incredibly long-winded blog with a west division matchup. Do I realistically believe the Wild can win this series? No, but I think they can hurt Vegas. That is the scary part. They just seem to be pissed this year, and I get that. Everyone including myself. I mean they added noting spectacular except Krill Kaprizov. But who would have expected 51 points from the rookie. But I wanted to highlight the May 5th contest against the Knights and Wild , dare I say it was a Wild Knight…. Ill stop. I show myself out. But seriously, these two teams hate each other and the wild might not have much of an opportunity to win but they will have an opportunity to ruin it for Vegas. All in all I will give my series predictions and you can also check them out on our podcasts On Thin Ice and The Happy Hour from this week East Pittsburg Penguins (1) vs New York Islanders (4) NYI 4 - PIT 3 Boston Bruins (3) Vs Washington Capitals (2) BOS 4 - WAS 2 Central Carolina Hurricanes (1) vs Nashville Predators (4) CAR 4 - NAS 3 Florida Panthers (2) vs Tampa Bay Lightning (3) FLA 4 - TB 3 West Colorado Avalanche (1) vs St. Louis Blues (4) COL 4- STL 0 Vegas Golden Knights (2) vs Minnesota Wild (3) VGK 4 – MIN 1 Canada Toronto Maple Leafs (1) vs Montreal Canadians (4) TOR 4 – MTL 1 Edmonton Oilers (2) vs Winnipeg Jets (3) EDM 4- WPG 1 |
