Les Miles out at Kansas, stemming from the release of LSU's 2013 sexual harassment investigation....

            On Monday, Kansas and head coach Les Miles agreed to mutual part ways after the release of a sexual harassment investigation from LSU in 2013. The agreement made was that Kansa will pay Miles just around $2 million dollars for his release. Apparently the agreement has a non-disparagement clause in it, which is probably the big reason it was never stated why exactly Miles was let go. Athletic director Jeff Long had this to say per Sports Illustrated, “There come times when institutions and athletic programs and universities have to make tough decisions, As I sought counsel from the university and the chancellor, we arrived at what we felt was in the best interest of the program and that was for us to mutually part ways with Les. To do that, we had to get to a certain amount of compensation.” It wasn't officially said what Miles conduct was, all that was said was that  Miles was put on administrative leave due to  accusations of actions toward female students. Apparently in the report it was stated that in 2013 Miles had made inappropriate contact with females students while at LSU, stating he would message them on Facebook, through text and apparently met at least off campus and kissed the girl.
            Les Miles went 3-18 at Kansas and went 0-9 last year. Not really the best way you want to end your coaching career. But then again Kansas football has always been known to ruin coaching careers. Turner Gil turned around the football program at The University at Buffalo, then went on to be head coach of the Jayhawks  before being fired with a 5-19 record. Charlie Weis, former DISGRACED Head Coach at the University of Notre Dame, took the Kansans job andddd once again got fired, finishing with a record of 5-22. Let it be known though Charlie Weis was kind of a dick, even report some high schools wouldn't allow him back on campus because......well like I said, he was a dick. Now Les Miles, former great coach and now turns out? Kind of a creep.....
