I don’t have insiders or any of that fancy stuff, so what I’m going to do is take the top 5 teams that oddsmakers have given the best chances to land the former NFL defensive player of the year. Let’s take a look at who odds shark picked as the top 5 teams to land JJ right now. The Cleveland Browns (-150) Can you imagine Myles Garrett on one end and a healthy JJ Watt on the other? That is some nightmare shit for QB’s in the AFC North. The Browns are right there to being a top team in the AFC and adding Watt could get them there. Green Bay Packers (+500) I mean, would the Pack actually make a legitimate move in free agency for the first time in…..forever? I’m not sure if the Packers would pull the trigger and make a move for Watt. I for one think they should get Rodgers some weapons finally on offense but, there’s no doubt Watt would instantly improve the Packs mediocre defense. Pittsburgh Steelers (+550) I mean, I’m not sure I even have to explain this one but I will. JJ is a family guy and he shows it time and time again, so if he has the opportunity to join his brothers Derek and TJ in Pittsburgh it's tough for me to think he wouldn’t jump at the chance to go there. But the Steelers do not have much wiggle room with the cap and it is going to be tough to make room to sign JJ without him taking a cap friendly deal. Buffalo Bills (+700) Bills Mafia is ready to throw themselves through flaming, barb wire and tack filled, ECW style if JJ Watt goes to Buffalo. This would be a great move for Brandon Beane, who doesn't seem to make bad moves. The Bills need to get better pressure with the front four and it showed in the playoffs, could Watt be the answer? It’s quite possible Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+750) I mean this is obvious, Watt wants to win a super bowl so who better to go to then the defending super bowl champs? Veteran team, with an already stout defense, Watt could add some depth to the Bucs and get them revved up for another run at the Lombardi Trophy. MY PREDICTION: Tampa Bay…..he wants to win so why not go to the team that already won.
